Dean Williams serves on the Chief Advisory Board of Shepherd’s Watch, bringing more than three decades of leadership and public service experience in national security, aviation, and government relations. A seasoned professional within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Dean has extensive expertise in Congressional engagement, legislative policy, and interagency collaboration.

As a former U.S. Senate Congressional Fellow and Naval Aviator, he has demonstrated exceptional skill in building relationships that strengthen coordination between federal agencies and Congress.
