About
Who We Are
Shepherd's Watch Foundation (SWF) began as an idea in 2016 and was founded in 2020 by a dedicated group of private investigators and victim advocates committed to combating sex trafficking. Motivated by a shared determination to make a difference, they came together to address the growing cases of exploitation and provide support to victims. Over time, this effort evolved into a diverse team of trained professionals united by their passion for helping those affected by trafficking.

SWF stands out for its dedicated team of private investigators who work directly with law enforcement, providing critical intelligence to help identify victims. By integrating investigative expertise into our organization, we eliminate the need to rely on outside agencies. Our team also includes victim advocates from diverse professional backgrounds, such as hospitality, cybersecurity, engineering, education, customer service, real estate, law enforcement, and finance. This wide range of expertise strengthens our ability to address the complex challenges of combating sex trafficking.

Because we know this is an arduous fight and cannot do it alone, we work closely with local law enforcement and other organizations dedicated to assisting victims of sex crimes. Together, we will work tirelessly to combat sex trafficking and support those affected through networked services, as they transition into independent and empowered survivors.

Our Mission
Our mission is to lead the nation in the fight against human trafficking by empowering and assisting law enforcement agencies at the federal, state, and local levels with unmatched innovation, intelligence, and integrity.

We are dedicated to strengthening investigations, accelerating interagency coordination, and delivering advanced solutions that safeguard victims and dismantle trafficking networks. Through collaborative technology, strategic partnerships, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence, we strive to be the premier ally to those who protect and serve—setting the national standard for organizations that support law enforcement in combating human trafficking.
