We Illuminate Sex Trafficking by targeting networks through software toolkits and methodology developed specifically for identifying traffickers and victims. We are the first and only nonprofit in Texas to use this technology to disrupt and dismantle sex trafficking rings.
Shepherd's Watch Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit
Shepherd's Watch combats sex trafficking by providing prevention education to the public, investigative intelligence to assist all levels of law enforcement and networked services to survivors.
Investigative Intelligence
As part of our direct team, our private investigators assist all levels of law enforcement by providing investigative intelligence on identifying sex trafficking victims, organizations and child predators.
Prevention Education
We raise awareness and provide prevention education to the public through presentations to schools, churches/youth groups, law enforcement and community organizations. Our goal is for the public to gain a better understanding of the realities of sex trafficking in order to prevent it and know how to report any suspicious activity.
Our Expertise
Our group is widely acknowledged for delivering actionable intelligence that outpaces many local, state, and federal agencies. This edge is attributed to our intelligence analysts, enriched with unique backgrounds, specialized training, and access to exclusive data sets. Combined with our innovative problem-solving techniques, we effectively address a broad spectrum of investigations and challenges.
Sex Trafficking In Our Community
Shepherd's Watch is vigilantly monitoring over 2,700 brothel locations across Texas, where each site typically exploits 5 to 15 victims, with a steady flow of new individuals trafficked each month. In Dallas alone, more than 1,500 sex trafficking ads are posted daily, and online monitoring reveals approximately 14,200 girls advertised on major trafficking websites, including both public platforms and the dark web.

Leveraging cutting-edge techniques, Shepherd's Watch can swiftly detect and analyze sex trafficking networks within minutes, track online ads, and monitor the movements and communications of victims across the US and internationally. The organization has also pioneered automated outreach programs to potential victims, sending them vital support through social media and other contact points, offering resources and helplines. Every bit of intelligence gathered is carefully documented for future use, making it easier to trace and combat trafficking activities.

The chilling reality is that "ordering" a trafficking victim has become as simple as using an app like Uber or visiting an ordinary apartment or business—places that you and your family may walk by every day.
